Amanda is an enthusiastic leader determined to utilize her life's work for the greater good of the real estate industry. She is passionate about helping agents, teams, and brokerages be more efficient and effective, while simultaneously providing support that proves how fun a lifelong career in real estate can truly be. Her authentic communication style allows her to build trust and lasting rapport with those she serves as she guides them through the nuances of real estate life.
She is known as an exceptional collaborator, mentor, and industry leader in her local market as well as her national reach. She enjoys developing systems and strategies that allow mastery in record time for any agent at any level. She is motivated to always exceed expectations and is driven by results. Amanda loves to win but winning for her is seeing the lessons she's learned over the past two decades in this industry help agents, teams, and brokerages to win.
Jenny was a commercial artist for over 20 years when a life change prompted a career change to the real estate industry...where she joined Amanda, The Marketing Mama in 2019. Since then, she's worn many hats: from reception to lending, to event coordinating; & even ran Amanda's title company for 2 years. When Amanda took on Agent Development as her full-time gig in 2022, Jenny took on the role of Marketing & Design Specialist for The Mama Machine & Special Events Coordinator for The Marketing Mama. As a Producer on The Crazy Agent Dinner Party show, she brings her infectious enthusiasm & "trusty sidekick" energy along with a wealth of knowledge & the warmth that makes each guest a lifelong friend. Her incredible work ethic combined with her creativity & love of helping people makes her a perfect match with The Mama Machine where she creates real estate systems, strategies, & swag; & seamlessly executes brand build-outs alongside Amanda, The Marketing Mama.
In her spare time, she enjoys creating magic in everyday life with her new husband and their 5 children.

Amanda started her real estate career back in the early 2000s as a Buyer's Agent with a national big brand company making just 30% commission to soak up all the info & leads that I could. Here's an ad from the early days with Manny her #FavoriteLender before they were married.
From there, she quickly progressed to a rain-making team leader. There were many things about that brokerage & the two different brokers within that brand who helped shaped who she is to this day. She will forever be grateful for them, especially after many years of service & success with them.
Despite loving the people & the office environment, the large brokerage fees, desk fees, & franchise fees no longer made financial sense for her growing team.
"I will never forget that lump in my throat when I knew that I had to have that talk that many agents do with their mentors/brokers/leaders as we forge on our way to our own path as a Broker/Owner. Luckily, they were as gracious then as they are now. This is a business of growing entrepreneurs. I thank God that I learned from day one from industry-minded professionals. It's how I have nurtured other team leaders & broker-owners through similar tribulations." - Amanda
The 2008 crash, when short sales were our "new normal," is when Amanda opened her own boutique brokerage, Smart Realty Group, with a handful of agents & an amazing assistant who had the wherewithal to schedule all her appointments a half-hour early in her calendar (she knew how to herd cats, for sure).
"Policies, procedures, long manifestos ala Jerry Maguire....I had & STILL HAVE a passion for elevating the experience for clients as well as for my Realtor Partners. It was, in theory, an amazing plan. The thing about being a boutique broker/owner & the rainmaker & the top producer....you just have one head....& far too many hats. This is why I know that even sharing my SOPs & KPIs takes so much strain off of agents, leaders, & brokers; let alone the mentorship through their growth stages. I've been there, & I have the road map that works." - Amanda
The real estate gods had a plan (as they always do) & her burnout was answered by a call in 2011, when Amanda accepted a very small buyout to become a Managing Broker for a small franchise.
Then, in April 2012, just when she was getting used to a new non-competing broker position, her husband, who had been her #FavoriteLender all those years had an opportunity to open his own branch of a mortgage company in a new market. So, they packed up their family & moved to uncharted territory....Volusia County, Florida.
"I had to take off my real estate broker hat & put on the "building a small, unknown mortgage brand from the ground up in a new market" hat; which I have successfully done now, TWICE." - Amanda
She continues to educate, train, & grow real estate industry professionals each & every week.

During the Covid-era real estate frenzy & the subsequent high-rate market halt, Amanda saw a deficit in the industry that needed to be met.
"I am not even kidding when I tell you I had no less than 2 agents a week crying in my office the past few years because they'd been chewed up & spit out. Some of them with well over 10 years experience! I just knew it was high time someone told them the truth: Real Estate, by it's very nature, is a perpetual series of tiny catastrophes. This is what they signed up for & now we gotta rally together to make it make sense before all the good agents lose their minds in the process." - Amanda
And, after a year of regular meetings one of her mastermind partners, Kourtney Swift, encouraged Amanda to take her real life no-nonsense approach on the road. And so the "Crazy Agent Dinner Party" podcast was born!
"In February 2022, when Robert asked me to hang my Real Estate Broker License with his newest company, lpt Realty all while still continuing to offer my REALTOR Partners the training, mentorship, collaboration, marketing, & amazing mortgage & title service I'd been doing all these years....it was a no-brainer.
Plus, now I finally get to share with all the agents I've come to know & love (& the ones I've yet to meet) how to build their own brands & grow through access to additional resources....and through my real life, proven, example." - Amanda
