· Must have great communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines

· A resourceful team player with a positive attitude

· Established track record of sales in Real Estate for at least 1 year

· Active Real Estate License

· Valid Driver’s License and can travel by car

· Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers & sellers

· Negotiate purchase contracts

· Database management and daily reporting of sales activities

· Attend business meetings and trainings as required

· Serve as the liaison between customers and other industry professionals to ensure smooth closings

· Maintain and exceed company quotas

· Collaborate daily with team

· Give buyers & sellers necessary information about their local housing market

$75,000 + Annual, Commission Based
